Parimatch Withdrawal Successful But Not Credited To ICICI

I created a withdrawal request of 8,452 INR on Parimatch on 25 August 2026 via bank transfer to my ICICI Bank account. In the Parimatch system the withdrawal is shown as successful, and the transaction details include bank transfer method, the same amount and my account number 91301530***. However, even though several days have passed since the withdrawal date, the money has still not been credited to my ICICI Bank account. I have checked my bank statement for the period after the withdrawal date and there is no incoming transaction for this amount, so the funds are clearly missing between Parimatch and the bank. I urgently request that this withdrawal of 8,452 INR be credited to my ICICI Bank account without any further delay or, if this is not possible, that a clear and detailed explanation be provided and the issue resolved immediately.
