Parimatch Withdrawal Delayed Over 8 Days – ₹1,600 Not Received

I requested a withdrawal of 1,600 INR from my Parimatch account via bank transfer on March 26 to my bank account ending in 8679. Although I was advised by customer support to wait, more than eight days have passed and the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I have also not received any clear response or update regarding the status of this transaction.

I contacted Parimatch customer support again, but I was only told to wait, without being given any specific timeframe or explanation for this long delay on such a small amount. This situation is causing unnecessary concern, as a withdrawal should not take this long to process.

I kindly request that my withdrawal of 1,600 INR to my bank account ending in 8679 be processed and completed immediately, or that I be provided with a clear explanation along with an exact resolution timeframe. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
