I Face ₹9,595 Missing After Parimatch Withdrawal to iCash One

On 22/04/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 9,595 Rs from my Parimatch wallet to my iCash One account. On Parimatch’s side, the transaction is shown as successful/completed, but the money has never been credited to my iCash One account. It has now been 2 days since the withdrawal, and the amount is still missing. During this time, I have tried to reach customer support, but I am not getting any response from either Parimatch or iCash One, and I have no clear information about where my money is. I request that this missing transaction be investigated urgently and that the full amount of 9,595 Rs be refunded to my Parimatch wallet as soon as possible.
