Parimatch Delays 6,336 INR Withdrawal to NSDL Bank

On February 3, I made a withdrawal of 6,336 INR from my Parimatch account to my NSDL Bank account. On the Parimatch website, this withdrawal is shown as completed/successful. However, the money has still not been credited to my NSDL Bank account. I have contacted Parimatch customer support multiple times regarding this issue, but I am repeatedly told to wait, without being given any clear solution or expected timeline. Despite the transaction being marked as completed on their side, I have not received the funds in my bank account. I request that the 6,336 INR be credited to my NSDL Bank account without any further delay and that I be clearly informed about the current status of this transaction. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
