Parimatch UPI Transactions Completed But Funds Missing, Request Refund
On 15 July 2026 I made two UPI payments for my Parimatch account, one for 3,000 ₹ and another for 7,000 ₹, but neither of these amounts was credited to my Parimatch balance and they have also not been refunded to my bank. Both payments show as successfully completed in my UPI records and bank confirmations, including the 7,000 ₹ payment made via State Bank of India and the approximately 3,000 ₹ payment made via PhonePe, yet Parimatch still has not reflected these funds or returned them to me. This situation has caused me financial loss and serious concern about the safety of my money. I request that the total amount of 10,000 ₹ from these two transactions be fully refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
Now they give you same answer. We are working on it. Problem not our side we are cordinate with payment provider. They never like humen . They always use automated template by parimatch support team.
