Deposit Not Received
On 4 June 2026, I made a deposit of 6,000 rupees from my PhonePe account to my Parimatch betting account using UPI. The transaction shows as successful in my PhonePe transaction history, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. After noticing that the deposit had not arrived, I contacted Parimatch support several times. Each time I was only told to “wait” and in some cases they did not respond at all, and no concrete solution or timeframe was provided. Despite the transaction being successful on PhonePe’s side, my balance on Parimatch remains unchanged. I request that the 6,000 rupees from this UPI deposit, dated 4 June 2026, be refunded directly to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, or that a clear explanation be given for why this successful transaction has not been processed.
