Parimatch Took My Money But Balance Is Not Updated

On April 20 at around 02:01 pm, I made an online UPI transfer of 3,999.99 to deposit money from my bank savings account into my Parimatch gaming account. The amount was debited from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch account. The transaction reference number shown for this UPI payment is 647688605901. In the last 20 days, I have faced the same issue three times with deposits to Parimatch. Each time, the money is deducted from my bank account but does not appear in my gaming account. I contacted support and only received replies saying “sorry, we will check and solve the problem,” but there has been no concrete update or resolution and my money is still not reflected in my Parimatch balance. I request that this specific deposit with reference number 647688605901 be immediately credited to my Parimatch gaming account, and that all similar pending transactions from the last 20 days be checked and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank account without any further delay.
