Parimatch UPI Deposit Not Credited

I hold a savings account with Union Bank and on 15 April I made a deposit of 1,980 rupees from my Union Bank account to my Parimatch account via UPI. The amount was debited from my Union Bank savings account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch account. The UPI transaction reference ID for this payment is T2604151421179779906838. I have contacted both Union Bank and Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response so far. My money is stuck even though the transaction shows as debited from my bank, and I have not received the service I intended to pay for. I request that this transaction be urgently checked and that the 1,980 rupees be credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also ask to be informed in writing about the investigation and the final resolution of this failed credit.
