Parimatch Refund Not Received

I attempted to top up my Parimatch account on 15 April 2026 using Paytm with an amount of ₹500. The deposit was declined, and the amount was not credited to my Parimatch account. I have both the transaction ID and the reference number for this failed deposit attempt. Since the deposit was not successful and I still have the transaction details, I kindly request that my ₹500 be refunded to my Paytm account as soon as possible. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved promptly so that I do not suffer any financial loss due to this declined transaction.
