Parimatch Deposit Not Credited After Paytm Payment
On April 4, 2026, at around 10:00 AM, I deposited ₹300 into my Parimatch account using Paytm. The transaction shows as successful on Paytm with reference number 602131032501, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account.
Despite the time that has passed, my Parimatch balance has not been updated, and I have not received any proper response from customer support.
I kindly request that this transaction be urgently reviewed and that the ₹300 be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my Paytm account, along with clear confirmation of the action taken.
