Parimatch Payment Declined But Money Not Credited Back
I am writing regarding an issue with a failed deposit to my Parimatch account made via PhonePe in India. The payment was deducted from my PhonePe account, but on Parimatch it is showing as declined, and the money has not been returned. This problem has been ongoing for 2 days and the amount is still missing. I made the deposit through PhonePe, and I have both the PhonePe transaction ID and the Parimatch ticket number related to this issue. I have already contacted Parimatch support and raised a ticket, but so far the problem has not been resolved and the funds have not been refunded. I request that the deducted amount be refunded to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, using the relevant transaction details and ticket number I have shared, and that this issue be resolved without any further delay.
