PhonePe Declined ₹300 Payment but Parimatch Still Holding the Money

A few hours ago, I attempted to deposit ₹300 into my Parimatch account using PhonePe. The payment did not go through, and in the PhonePe app it shows “declined.” However, the amount has effectively been held up and has not been credited to my Parimatch balance.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this deposit issue, but I have not received any response so far.
This situation is causing unnecessary inconvenience, especially since the problem has not been clearly explained or resolved promptly.
I kindly request that the ₹300 be refunded without any further delay and that the issue with this declined deposit be investigated and resolved so that similar problems do not occur again in the future.
