Parimatch Deposit Missing After PhonePe Payment

I made a deposit to my Parimatch account via PhonePe about one month ago. The money was deducted from my PhonePe, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. I have the transaction/UTR/reference number from PhonePe, which confirms that the payment was successfully processed on their side. Despite the fact that it has already been around one month since the transaction, the amount has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank. This situation is causing me financial inconvenience and loss of trust in the platform. I request that this deposit be urgently reviewed using my PhonePe transaction details and that my money be refunded back to my bank account without any further delay. I expect a clear explanation for this issue and a swift resolution.
