Money Deducted But Not Deposited In Parimatch Account
I am writing regarding an issue with a deposit on my Parimatch account (ID: 729283***). Today at around 2:56 PM I made a deposit of 4,500 using PhonePe. The amount was deducted from my PhonePe, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account and the transaction has been showing in processing status for a long time. I have already raised a ticket with your support about this problem, but the issue has not yet been resolved and I cannot use my money on the platform. This situation is causing me concern because the funds have left my payment method but are not available in my Parimatch balance. I kindly request that you urgently check this deposit, either credit the 4,500 to my Parimatch account or refund it back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and inform me in writing about the result.
