I am using Parimatch from India through the mobile website, and I am experiencing serious issues with both deposits and a cricket bet. In the deposit section, for the second time, money was debited from my bank account but was not credited to my Parimatch balance. Even though the funds were deducted from my bank, they did not appear in my Parimatch account, and this has now happened twice. In total, including my betting issue, I am missing approximately ₹3,800.
Today, I placed a bet on the Australia vs. Zimbabwe cricket match, selecting Zimbabwe to win, with a total stake of approximately ₹948 and an expected return of around ₹2,800. In my bet history, this wager is now marked as “payout,” but I did not receive any funds in my balance and I did not request any withdrawal or cashout. I only placed the bet; I never requested a payout. However, the system shows it as paid while the winning amount is not available in my account.
I have screenshots showing the deposit deductions from my bank and the incorrect “payout” status in my Parimatch account. There is also no proper option to contact Parimatch customer support through the mobile website, so I have been unable to resolve this issue through support. I request that Parimatch urgently review my account, credit all missing deposits, correct the incorrect “payout” status, and add my full winnings from the Australia vs. Zimbabwe bet to my Parimatch balance.
