Parimatch Didn’t Credit My Google Pay Deposit Despite Successful Transaction

I made a deposit of ₹300 to my Parimatch account through the Parimatch app on 5/6 using Google Pay linked to my SBI account. The transaction was successful on Google Pay and the amount was debited from my SBI account, but the money has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance and is completely missing in my wallet. I contacted SBI and Google Pay support about this issue and they both informed me that it is not their mistake and that the problem lies with Parimatch. Despite the successful transaction status, my Parimatch account still shows no deposit for this amount. I request that my ₹300 be promptly credited to my Parimatch account balance on the Parimatch website/app, or that you take the necessary action so I do not suffer any financial loss due to this failed credit.
