Parimatch marked my 500 INR withdrawal as paid, but I never received the money

I am writing to report a serious problem I experienced with the Parimatch betting platform and to request that my missing funds be returned. Recently I placed a winning bet on a Pakistan U‑19 (W) match with a stake of 1,000 INR through Parimatch. After this, I requested a withdrawal of my balance. In the payment history section of the Parimatch application, a withdrawal of 500 INR dated 9 July 2026 is shown as “paid”, but this amount has never reached my bank account or wallet. As of today, several days have passed since 9 July 2026, and the 500 INR is still missing. Inside the app it appears as if the payment was successfully completed, but in reality I have not received any of this money. Because of this discrepancy, I believe I have been unfairly deprived of my rightful winnings and I am worried about the reliability of this platform. I request that the situation be fully investigated, that the 500 INR shown as paid on 9 July 2026 be immediately transferred to my account, and that I be given a clear written explanation of why this problem occurred. If my funds are not returned, I will consider taking this matter to the relevant authorities and to my bank with all the screenshots and documents I have kept.
