Parimatch Is Blocking My Withdrawal Requests Without Explanation

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Parimatch account, ID 485592792. Whenever I try to withdraw my funds, I receive the message: “Your account does not allow you to create withdrawal request.” Because of this restriction, I am completely unable to make any withdrawal from my account.

As a result, I currently cannot access or withdraw my balance of 5000. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that I have not been provided with any clear explanation inside the system regarding why this restriction has been placed on my account.

I kindly request that Parimatch urgently review my account, remove the withdrawal restriction, and allow me to withdraw the full amount of 5000 without any further delay.

I also ask that a proper explanation be provided if there is any issue connected to my account, so the matter can be fully clarified and resolved as soon as possible.
