I am experiencing an issue with my Parimatch account, specifically with my betting ID, as there is no withdrawal option available. I noticed this problem today when I attempted to withdraw my money, but the system does not show any way to complete a withdrawal for this account.
I tried to contact Parimatch customer support regarding this situation, but I was unable to reach anyone and did not receive any information or assistance. As a result, I am currently unable to access or withdraw my own funds due to the missing withdrawal option on my betting ID.
I request that the withdrawal option be activated immediately for my betting ID so that I can withdraw my balance without any further delay. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and why the withdrawal feature is not available on my account.
