Parimatch Did Not Add My Deposit to Wallet

I deposited 40,000 INR into Parimatch on December 22, 2024, but the amount never appeared in my Parimatch wallet. When I contacted support, they initially said the payment would be credited as soon as possible within 5 working days. After those 5 days passed, they told me it would take up to 15 working days. Now, they are claiming that the payment was not made through Parimatch at all. This is unacceptable, as I followed all proper steps during the deposit process, and I am being denied the money I rightfully deposited.
