Parimatch Deposits Not Credited After Navi UPI Payments
I made three UPI payments to Parimatch through Navi UPI, but the money was deducted from my account and has neither been credited to my Parimatch wallet nor refunded to my bank account. The three payments were made around March 17, with amounts of 2,499.20 INR, 590 INR, and 5,000 INR.
All three transactions appear as successful debits in my Navi UPI history, and I have the transaction IDs for each payment. However, my Parimatch wallet balance has not increased, and in the payment history, the deposits are either shown as declined or do not appear at all.
Since then, I have not received any help or response, and the issue remains unresolved. I request that Parimatch urgently review these three Navi UPI transactions and either credit the full amounts to my Parimatch wallet or refund the full amounts back to my Navi UPI bank account.
