My Deposit Amount Not Received My Parimatch Game Id
I made a deposit of ₹790 via UPI using the Navi UPI app to my Parimatch game account on March 28 at around 6:52 PM. The payment was successfully completed on Navi, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account balance.
After noticing that ₹790 was deducted from my Navi UPI account but not received in my Parimatch account, I contacted customer support. However, I have not received any response, and my issue remains unresolved.
I request that the ₹790 deposit be either credited to my Parimatch account balance or refunded back to my Navi UPI account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear update regarding the status of this transaction.
