Parimatch Support Not Responding to Missing Deposit Ticket

On February 18 at approximately 9:15 PM, I deposited ₹5000 into my Parimatch account using PhonePe. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Parimatch ID 734051164, which is registered under the email address mansuras****@gmail.com.

After realizing that the deposit had not been reflected in my account, I submitted a support ticket and also emailed Parimatch customer support. It has now been more than 15 days since I raised the ticket, yet I have not received any meaningful response to either my ticket or my email, and the issue remains unresolved.

This situation is causing me financial and emotional stress, as the money has been successfully debited from my side but is unavailable in my Parimatch account.

I request that my ₹5000 deposit be urgently investigated and either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method. I also expect a clear explanation for the excessive delay and lack of response to ensure this issue does not happen again.
