Parimatch Deposit Failed and My Money Has Been Missing for Two Months
I made a deposit of 10,000 via UPI to my Parimatch account on 29-02-2026 at around 8 PM. The money was deducted from my bank account, but it was never credited to my Parimatch account. I have been waiting for 2 months for this issue to be resolved. For this failed deposit, there is a transaction ID 119306215328 and a support ticket number 80916118. After I created the ticket, Parimatch marked the issue as resolved, and I received a message stating that the problem was resolved, but I still did not receive my 10,000 back to my bank or into my Parimatch account. Since then, I have tried to reach Parimatch again by email, but I have received no reply, and there is no other option to contact support. I am very disappointed that my money has been stuck for such a long time without any proper response. I request that my case be urgently rechecked and that my 10,000 deposit with transaction ID 119306215328 and ticket number 80916118 be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why the ticket was marked resolved when the money was never returned to me.
