Parimatch Delays Approved 40,000 INR Bank Transfer Withdrawal for Over Three Months

I am writing to complain about a withdrawal issue I have been facing with Parimatch regarding my account in India. On 12 May 2026 my withdrawal of 40,000 Indian Rupees was approved for bank transfer, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Since that date, a period of about 3 months and 10 days has passed without any payment being received. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times about this problem. In their last responses, they only stated that they are "working with your problem" but they have not provided any clear solution, time frame, or explanation for the delay. In the attached screenshots, there is a support ticket showing the 40,000 INR withdrawal and a separate withdrawal record dated 12 May 2026 via bank transfer with reference number 590858050**. I request that my approved withdrawal of 40,000 INR be immediately credited to my bank account or that I receive a clear and verifiable explanation along with a precise resolution date. I also expect written confirmation once the payment has been processed.
