Parimatch Bonus Funds Not Showing in Available Balance
On February 22, 2026, I noticed an issue with my Parimatch account balance related to a bonus. My current balance is 950, but my “shot bonus” has not been transferred to, or reflected in, my available balance as I expected.
I request that my shot bonus be correctly credited to my available balance so that I can use it without restrictions. I have already contacted Parimatch customer support about this problem, but it has not been resolved and the bonus still does not appear in my available balance.
Please review this matter in detail, correct my account balance, and credit the missing bonus amount to my available balance as soon as possible.
