Parimatch Blocked My Account and Withheld My Withdrawal

I have a serious problem with my Parimatch account and my balance. Yesterday I attempted to make a withdrawal by bank transfer, but instead of processing the transaction, I received a message saying that my account is blocked. I was not given any explanation or reason for this block. My Parimatch account number is 7658989**. Because of this situation, I cannot withdraw my money. The amount I am trying to withdraw is over 4,000, and at the moment, I have no access to it. I contacted Parimatch customer support about the blocked account and the failed withdrawal, but I have not received any reply so far.
