I am writing regarding my Parimatch betting account, which has been blocked since March 7, and my balance of ₹84,000 is currently stuck in the account. This was my first time playing and my first deposit on Parimatch, and despite completing all verification steps, my access has still not been restored.
My Parimatch account is registered under the name Vasava Bal***, with mobile number 96383008** and email address baldevvasava***@gmail.com. After my account was blocked, I contacted your support team multiple times through email and customer support. I received an email stating that my details, such as my account number and address, were not entered correctly. In response, I resubmitted all the required information and documents several times.
For verification, I have already sent my Aadhaar card and PAN card more than once, and I carefully filled in my account details and address again to ensure everything was correct. Despite submitting my documents around ten times and fully cooperating with the verification process, my account remains blocked and my balance of ₹84,000 is still inaccessible.
I have not received any clear or satisfactory explanation regarding the continued block on my account. I request that my Parimatch betting account be urgently reviewed, that the incorrect assessment of my details be corrected, and that my account be unblocked so I can access my ₹84,000 balance without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation of the reason for blocking my account and an update on the verification status of the documents I submitted.
