My Parimatch account (account number 983805586) is showing my balance as “locked by bonus,” which is preventing me from placing any bets. On April 12 at around 10:48 AM, I deposited a total of $31 (two separate deposits of $16 each) strictly for betting purposes, without intending to use any bonus. However, immediately after the deposit, my balance was marked as locked by a bonus, and I have not been able to place bets on any game since then.
I contacted customer support earlier that morning, but the issue still has not been resolved, and my funds remain unusable in my account. I am requesting that my $31 balance be unlocked immediately so I can freely place bets as intended, or that any unintended bonus restriction applied to my account be removed without further delay.
