Parimatch Additional Verification Done - Withdrawal Still Blocked

I am a user of Parimatch India and my withdrawal of 3 lakh has been blocked despite the fact that I have already completed all additional verification steps on the verification page. I have submitted my Aadhaar card, bank statement and other required documents as requested, but my account withdrawal is still blocked. My player ID is 497039*** and this situation is causing me serious concern because my funds are being held without a valid explanation. I contacted Parimatch India customer support about this issue, but they did not provide any helpful support or a clear explanation as to why my withdrawal remains blocked. I am left without access to my own money and without any transparent information on the reason or the timeframe for resolution. I kindly request that my account withdrawal be unblocked and that my withdrawal be processed and released as soon as possible. I also expect a clear written explanation for why the withdrawal was blocked even after I completed all verification steps on the verification page and submitted my Aadhaar card, bank statement and other required documents.
