Parimatch Account Verified but Withdrawal Still Restricted

I am a Parimatch user from India, and my account ID is 920598997. For the last 14 days, I have been unable to create any withdrawal request from my account, even though I have a balance of 21,039.18 in my account. When I try to withdraw, I receive the message that my account does not allow me to create a withdrawal request and that I should contact support. I contacted Parimatch support, and they informed me, referring to terms and conditions 91–92, that the company may request additional proof of identity and asked me to complete extra verification. As requested, I submitted a selfie holding my Aadhaar/PAN and a paper with my first name, last name, date of request, and “For Parimatch”, making sure my face and all four corners of the documents are clearly visible. I also provided the payment or wallet statement with the bank logo, my name, and address for the last 30 days, as they asked. After sending all required documents, they informed me that my KYC is approved and told me to wait for an email response. However, even after doing everything requested, my withdrawal is still blocked, and I cannot access my own funds, and they continue to refer me only to Rule 92 and the PTO section without giving a clear solution. My account is now fully verified, but the withdrawal restriction has not been removed. I request that my withdrawal restriction be lifted immediately and that my full balance of 21,039.18 be released and made withdrawable without any further delay. I also ask for a clear written explanation of why my account was blocked from withdrawals for 14 days despite having completed and passed all KYC and additional verification steps.
