Parimatch Account Blocked - Cannot Withdraw

I am writing to raise a complaint about my Parimatch account on the Indian official site, which has been blocked for the last two weeks while I have 3000 RS pending for withdrawal. I was trying to withdraw 3000 RS from my account when I suddenly lost access, and my account was blocked without any explanation. Since then, I have been unable to log in or withdraw my funds. My registered mobile number on the account is 9606424***. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding the blocked account and my withdrawal, but I did not receive any response or clear information about the reason for the block or the status of my money. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and my 3000 RS withdrawal processed, or at least a clear written explanation be provided for the block and the status of my funds.
