Parimatch ₹1,500 Paytm Payment Successful but Not Credited or Refunded

I made a payment of 1,500 via Paytm to Parimatch, and the amount was taken from my Paytm account but has not been properly handled. Although the payment appears as successful in my Paytm transaction history, it has not been processed correctly by Parimatch and I am facing a problem because of this. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my problem be resolved as soon as possible, either by crediting the 1,500 to my Parimatch account or refunding it back to my Paytm account.
