My Withdrawal Amount Blocked

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Parimatch website account, where my withdrawal is currently blocked due to a name mismatch between my account and my Aadhaar/PAN details. During registration, the wrong name was entered by mistake, and as a result, my withdrawal is being rejected. On 21 May 2026, I tried to withdraw my funds and discovered that the withdrawal was blocked because the registered account name does not match my official documents. My correct name as per Aadhaar and PAN is SYAMALA A*** R*** but the account currently shows a different name. I have already attempted to complete KYC by uploading my documents; however, the verification was rejected due to this name mismatch. I currently have ₹7,000 stuck in my Parimatch account, and I am unable to withdraw this amount because of the incorrect name. I have tried to reach Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response so far, which leaves my money blocked without any solution. I kindly request that my account be manually verified and my name be updated to match my Aadhaar/PAN so that I can successfully complete KYC and withdraw my ₹7,000. I ask that this issue be resolved as soon as possible, as my funds are unfairly blocked in my account due to a simple registration mistake. Thank you in advance for your help and understanding.
