Parimatch Blocked My Account and Won’t Let Me Withdraw ₹18,250
I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Parimatch account registered under the name Aboobacker Sidheque, which I use from Kasaragod, India. On 02/01/2026, I noticed that my account had effectively been blocked in the sense that I was unable to withdraw my balance of ₹18,250 from the Parimatch application. The amount of ₹18,250 is currently being held in my account, and the app is not allowing me to make a withdrawal. I have tried to reach Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far, and no clear explanation has been provided about why my funds are blocked or what I am expected to do. I request that Parimatch immediately resolve this issue by allowing the full withdrawal of my ₹18,250 balance and by providing a clear explanation as to why my account was blocked and why my money was held. I expect my account and funds to be handled fairly and in a transparent manner.
