Parimatch Marked My ₹900 Withdrawal as Completed but I Never Received It

I am using the Parimatch application on Android and on 21 June 2026 at around 19:30 I requested a withdrawal of ₹900 to my HDFC bank account via bank transfer. In the Parimatch app the withdrawal status is shown as “completed”, but the money has not been credited to my HDFC account. This is the first time I am facing such a problem on Parimatch and it has caused me serious concern, because according to the app the process is finished, yet I have still not received the funds. I have tried to contact Parimatch customer support about this issue, but they are not responding to my messages. I request that my missing ₹900 be either immediately credited to my HDFC bank account or that Parimatch urgently investigate and clearly explain where the money is and complete the transfer without any further delay.
