Withdrawal Not Credited To My Account But Showing Successful
I placed a withdrawal request of ₹10,000 from my Parimatch sports betting account on 25/05/2026 via IMPS to my Union Bank of India account. In the Parimatch system this withdrawal is shown as successful, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the funds were missing, I contacted Parimatch customer support. They created a support ticket with the number 104055464, but the issue has not been resolved up to now and I have not received any clear explanation or refund. I also contacted Union Bank of India, and they confirmed that no such IMPS credit has been received in my account for this withdrawal. The Parimatch transaction ID for this withdrawal is 178131664. I request that this ₹10,000 withdrawal be urgently investigated, either credited to my Union Bank of India account or refunded back to my Parimatch balance, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of what went wrong with this transaction.
