I Face Parimatch Not Crediting ₹5,000 After Successful Bank Debit

I am writing to report an unresolved issue with my Parimatch account linked to the mobile number 9422233*** under the name Shivapp Savadi.
On April 4, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹5,000 from my Canara Bank account to my Parimatch account. However, the deposit failed on the platform, while the amount was successfully debited from my bank account. After noticing that the ₹5,000 was not credited to my Parimatch wallet, I contacted customer support and raised a ticket.
I was later informed that the issue had been resolved, but despite this confirmation, the funds have still not been credited to my Parimatch wallet and the problem remains unresolved. I am accessing Parimatch from Jamakhandi, Bagalkot District, Karnataka, India.
I request that the ₹5,000 debited from my Canara Bank account on April 4, 2026, be immediately and correctly credited to my Parimatch wallet. I also expect clear confirmation once the transaction has been properly completed.
