I Face Parimatch Not Releasing My Withdrawal After Account Block

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my Parimatch account, which was blocked on April 6, 2026, while I had a pending withdrawal.

I am using Parimatch from India, and I currently have ₹3,000 stuck in my blocked account. After the account was blocked, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response. The only information I received was related to wagering, but no clear explanation was provided, and my withdrawal has still not been processed.

I request that my pending withdrawal of ₹3,000 be released as soon as possible and that the issue with my account be clearly explained so I can access my funds without any further delay.
