₹500 Missing from Parimatch Account After Successful Transaction

On April 2, 2026, I made a deposit of 500 INR into my Parimatch account via the Parimatch website using UPI, but the money has not been credited to my account even though the transaction was successfully completed from my side. The transaction reference number for this payment is 313307474173.
I contacted Parimatch customer support, and a ticket was created, but I did not receive any proper response. My ticket was closed without resolving the issue or crediting the amount. I am using the Parimatch website from India, and this situation has caused both financial loss and inconvenience.
I request that my 500 INR deposit be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my original payment method. I also ask to be clearly informed about the status of this transaction and the reason for this issue.
