Deposit Not Credited to My Parimatch Account

I made a payment through Paytm PhonePe, but the money has still not been deposited. I am not receiving any real support from the Parimatch team; they only keep assuring me, yet the amount is still not credited. My player ID is 976081***. For your reference, I have attached my payment receipt as well as the conversation I had with the Parimatch consultant.

I faced a deposit failure issue. I deposited 10k on 30th August and another 20k (10k each) on 8th September, but the money was not credited to my Parimatch account even though it was deducted from my bank account. When I checked with the Parimatch team, I received no proper response, only empty assurances.
