Deposit Added to Bonus Balance Instead of Main Balance

On 11/06/2026, I deposited 1,000 via UPI into my Parimatch account, but this amount was incorrectly transferred into the bonus balance instead of my main balance. Because of this, I am unable to use or withdraw my own deposited money as I normally would. I have not yet contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue. My clear request is that the 1,000 currently locked in the bonus balance be released and transferred to my main balance, or otherwise made fully available as my normal deposit amount. I kindly ask you to review this transaction and resolve the situation as soon as possible.
