Can’t Access Gold Balance in Papara? How to Recover Funds

In my Papara mobile application account, I have 8.96 grams of virtual gold, valued at approximately $1,120. However, since the Papara application is about to be completely shut down, I am unable to withdraw or transfer this virtual gold to my account or any other account. I encountered this issue this morning and received a notification through the app stating that Papara would be closing down. My registered email address is m**@gmail.com.

I have contacted Papara customer service via email, but I have not yet received any response. I have never experienced such an issue before. My expectation from Papara is that the virtual gold balance in my account be transferred to me and that I be allowed to perform a withdrawal or transfer transaction.

I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
