My Papara Account Has Been Blocked
My Papara account has been blocked for 1.5 months, and I was told it’s under investigation. However, many users say that the review process ends with a survey and their accounts were reopened after completing it, yet I still haven’t received any survey. There is nothing illegal or suspicious in my account, but I’m unable to access it or withdraw the money inside. This situation is seriously affecting my ability to manage daily expenses. When I call customer service, no one helps. I send emails—no response. I write in the community, and no one replies; my posts are just left pending. I simply want the review process on my account to be completed so I can regain access to my funds.
