I Can't Withdraw Money From My Papara Account Due to Parental Approval

Since I first opened my Papara account, I have been unable to send or receive money via IBAN due to the requirement for parental approval. I also cannot withdraw money from ATMs. There are no restrictions or warning messages on my account; I simply cannot perform these transactions because parental approval is missing. Although I started the parental approval process, the confirmation does not go through and no error message appears. So far, I have not deposited money into my account or made any payments. I was born in 2009, and the phone number registered to my Papara account is 0543***61. I request that the parental approval requirement be lifted and that my money transfer and withdrawal transactions be enabled.
