Papara Canceled My Perfect Parental Consent, ID Verification Went Wrong Due to Camera Issues

encountered an issue while trying to get a Papara card. Initially, had to provide my own approval from my account, which I did. However, as a student, parental consent was also required. I entered the necessary information, but when it came to my parent's phone for identity verification, the camera wasn't working properly, making it unable to recognize the ID. Because of this, I couldn't confirm my parent's approval. Now, I need to cancel the parental consent and have it approved from my other parent's account.
