Pandora Bracelet Clasp Broke Shortly After Purchase

I spent a significant amount of money on a butterfly clasp bracelet from the Pandora store at Forum Bornova in Izmir. Shortly after purchasing it, the bracelet clasp broke, and I have been dealing with this issue for approximately six months.
When I went to the store, I was told that they do not repair products and that I should take the bracelet to a jeweler instead. Since the product is from Pandora and I believe it should be covered under the warranty, I expected the brand to handle the issue. Despite living in the digital age, I was also told that I absolutely had to provide a paper receipt. I lost my receipt and therefore cannot provide it, but when I asked the store to look up my purchase in their system, they refused to help and chose not to accept the bracelet for an exchange.
I expect a major brand like Pandora to provide a solution without leaving customers dealing with a defective product on their own. I request that the clasp on my bracelet be repaired or that the product be replaced. Otherwise, I would like to make it clear that I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee due to the inconvenience and loss I have experienced.
