Pandora Heart Clasp Bracelet Broke

On 18/01/2025 I purchased a Pandora Moments Heart Clasp Snake bracelet from the Pandora store in Beylikdüzü Marmara Park. On 30/05/2026, the bracelet suddenly broke on its own during normal use. When I later researched online, I saw that many other customers had experienced similar breakage problems with the same product, so I do not see this as user-related damage. I went to the store and reported the situation, but I was told that the problem was completely user-related, that it would not be covered by the warranty, that there was no possibility of repair, and that there was nothing they could do and I should buy a new product. Both the store’s refusal to stand behind the product and the manner of communication used by the staff were disappointing for me as a customer. As a result of this complaint, I request that my bracelet be repaired free of charge or replaced with a new one, and that Pandora stand behind its product in line with customer satisfaction principles. In addition, I expect the attitude and communication style of the store staff in Beylikdüzü Marmara Park to be reviewed and that customer communication training be provided if necessary, so that other customers do not experience the same negative situation.
