I Face Unauthorized ₺1000 Charge from Paddle.net and Can’t Reach Customer Support
Recently, I noticed a sudden and unauthorized withdrawal of ₺1000 from my bank account labeled as “Paddle.net.” I have never subscribed to or purchased anything from this platform, so I was completely shocked to see this charge. I have no idea who Paddle.net is or how they accessed my card information without my permission.
I immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge, but unfortunately, they could not provide a clear explanation or resolve the issue. I also tried searching for Paddle.net's customer support or any official contact, but could not find a working phone number or email address. This makes the situation even worse, as I feel completely powerless and frustrated.
I am demanding that Paddle.net immediately investigate this unauthorized charge and refund the ₺1000 taken from my account without my consent. No user should be charged for services they did not request, especially when there is no clear way to contact the company.
If my money is not refunded promptly, I will escalate this issue to consumer protection authorities and take legal action. I expect Paddle.net to resolve this issue as soon as possible and take serious steps to prevent unauthorized charges like this from happening to anyone else.
