Oysho Order Marked Delivered but Not Received, Awaiting Refund

On December 3, I placed an order through the Oysho app for delivery to the Forum Istanbul store. My order was shipped on December 4. Typically, store pickup orders arrive the next day, but by December 6, I still hadn’t received it. Upon checking the shipping status, I saw that it was marked as delivered on December 5. However, Oysho’s tracking system still showed the order as “in transit.”

I contacted Oysho customer service at 10:06 AM on December 6, and they promised to investigate with the courier. At 10:30 AM, I received an email stating the order had been delivered to the store. When I went to pick it up, the store staff informed me the item had not arrived.

I have spent hours speaking with Oysho representatives and the courier company. The courier insists the item was delivered, but the store denies receiving it. One of them has clearly lost my order. I am now requesting a full refund immediately. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take further action to protect my rights. It is unacceptable that I, as the customer, am left to handle this situation on Oysho’s behalf.
